Starlink Gen 3 Power – FAQ
Q1: What are the power supply requirements for Starlink Gen 3?
A: The Gen 3 antenna requires a stable power supply of approximately 48–57V DC, 3A, with a power of about 170W. Please ensure the output of the power supply equipment is stable to avoid voltage fluctuations affecting the device operation.
Q2: Is the booster suitable for vehicle use?
A: Yes, but it is necessary to choose a high-quality booster with voltage stabilization protection to ensure it can provide a stable 57V output and sufficient current (usually 15–20A on the 12V side) to avoid device power failure or restart caused by voltage fluctuations.
Q3: Will the length of the power cable affect the stability of the device?
A: Yes. Long cables cause voltage attenuation. It is recommended to shorten the length of the power supply cable as much as possible or use a thicker diameter cable to ensure stable power.
Q4: Do the power supply equipment have safety certifications?
A: Our AC–DC adapters y boosters have passed ETL/CE certifications to ensure safe and stable use.
Q5: What are the precautions for vehicle use?
A: The voltage in vehicle environments fluctuates greatly. It is recommended to use a booster device con overload y voltage stabilization protection, and ensure all cables and joints are firmly connected and waterproof.
Q6: Does the product have a switch for easy control?
A: Yes. We provide a ring boost adapter with a switch, which allows users to manually turn the power on/off, suitable for flexible control needs.
